Is Dualove available in France?
Yes, everywhere in France, free of charge and in French. The app comes to Android first, then iOS.
You can create an account wherever you live. Discovery then starts from where you are, or from the city you pick by hand.
Meeting in the city, and outside it
Dualove does not work from a list of opened cities. In a large city there are people around you from the first evening; in a smaller town, discovery reaches the next town over, the one you already drive to on a Saturday.
Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, Nantes, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Bordeaux and Lille each have their own page, with their neighbourhoods and their own way of arranging a first date.
What Dualove changes about meeting people
Two profiles side by side, one heart to give, and no reject button. Choosing means looking at both people, instead of flicking a thumb two hundred times in an evening.
Without a subscription you settle twenty face-offs a day: enough to meet someone, not enough to spend the night on it.
And your exact position is never shared: others see your city and a rounded distance, never the place where you are.
Questions about France
Is Dualove free in France?
Yes. Signing up, discovery, matches, conversations, photos and translation are free. Dualove Plus is an optional subscription, billed by the App Store or Google Play.
Do I need a French phone number?
No. You can sign up with an email address, or with Apple or Google. A number from any country works too.
Can I meet people outside France?
Yes, if they are close enough. Along the Belgian, Swiss, German, Italian, Spanish or Luxembourg border, discovery does not stop at the crossing.
Is my data hosted in Europe?
Yes, on servers located in the European Union, and handled under the same rules everywhere.
