Legal notice

This notice covers the Dualove app (Android, iOS) and the website dualove.app. It forms a whole with the Terms of use, the Privacy policy and the Community rules.

3. Hosting

The website, the API and the photos are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com). The servers are located in the European Union.

5. Reporting illegal content

You can report a profile, a photo or a conversation from the app, at any time, and the person reported is never told. A report can also be sent to hello@dualove.app, which is also the point of contact for authorities and for the European Commission under the Digital Services Act.

Every report is reviewed by a person, usually within 24 hours. The measure taken is notified with its reason and can be challenged from the app or by email; another member of the team then reviews the case.

6. Intellectual property

Dualove, its name, its logo, its interface, its texts and its code are protected. The portraits on the presentation screens and on the website are images generated for illustration: they are not profiles of registered people.

7. Personal data and cookies

The data controller is the publisher named above. What is collected, why, which processors have access to it and how to exercise your rights are set out in the Privacy policy. The website uses only one functional cookie, which remembers your language, and no trackers.

8. Disputes

The service is governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If there is a disagreement, write to us first: most issues are resolved with support. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Failing an agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.

9. The other documents

The Terms of use, the Privacy policy, the Community rules and the Safety tips are published on the website and in the app, in the five interface languages.
