What you need to install it
An Android 8.0 phone or newer, or an iPhone once the iOS version is published. Nothing else: no card, no social network account.
You sign up with a phone number, an email address, Apple or Google, and a code sent by text or email confirms it is you.
Which countries and languages?
Twelve countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and the United States. Five languages: French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
The app picks your phone language when it is one of them, and you can change it at any time in the settings.
Before you install
Is the app really free?
Yes. No payment is asked at install or at sign-up. Dualove Plus is an optional subscription, offered later and never imposed.
Do I have to give a phone number?
No, an email address is enough, and so is signing in with Apple or Google.
How old do I have to be?
18 or over. An account declared as underage is closed and its data deleted.
